Hm, out of curiousity I checked that site.
They are using a fine free & open source CMS system - PostNuke.
Unfortunately they definitely misunderstud the GNU-licence by removing all reference lines from the code ....
If you are related to them, let them know that they have to fix this problem, before the PostNuke Foundation will contact them.

I think that the figures for Firefox are too low though.... FF is for sure at 10%, here in Europe even above 20%
