Hi I'm from Chile!!!
Sorry if you don't understand my english!!
I don't know, but I used Kanotix RC4 in 3 different computers and it doesn't seems to configure xorg, in the startup, it only detects the graphics card, but uses the vesa driver :S. |

Yes thats a fault in the hw detection. It is now fixed but there is no iso image with that fixed code. You can use
xmodule=nv
or whatever the right module name is as override. |
