Wer schon immer wollte, dass Grub beim Start/Neustart wieder in das zuletzt gebootete BS startet, der kann mit dem folgenden Konfigurationsscript:

sed -i /^GRUB_SAVEDEFAULT=/D /etc/default/grub
echo GRUB_SAVEDEFAULT=true>>/etc/default/grub
sed -i 's/^\(GRUB_DEFAULT\)=.*/\1=saved/' /etc/default/grub
update-grub

Grub editieren.
Es geht aber prinzipell nicht mit GRUB auf btrfs.

Zurück zum default sollte sein:

sed -i 's/^\(GRUB_DEFAULT\)=.*/\1=0/' /etc/default/grub
update-grub
